Notice is hereby given of the AGM of the Hilton Centre to take place on;
Sunday 29th October at 15:15
We are required by our constitution to hold an AGM each year, which I don’t think anybody currently involved realised until very recently. You are, by virtue of playing at the Hilton from time to time, a member, and so entitled and invited to attend and vote. The date is set for 29/10/2023 at 15:15 (so people who wish can go to the practice session before we meet).

2. Treasurer’s report
3. Election of officers and committee
4. Honoraria
5. Date of next meeting
